  •  INS-Integrated Neurological Services a charity in Twickenham  that provides courses and events for adults with neurological conditions and their carers in Hounslow and Richmond 


  •  Companion Cycling - Bushy Park; Would you like to try cycling- but its been a long time since you have been on a bike; this friendly group of volunteer cyclists will help you with specially adapted bikes.

Equipment and Rehab Aids


  •  Activator Poles. Physiotherapist  recommended walking poles - engineered to promote natural balanced walking.  These are  a rehab pole as opposed to a walking or trekking pole. See here for more information specifically related to their use for people with Parkinson's.
