"Following my PD diagnosis a year ago I was introduced to Lidia by RUILS (social prescribers). Initially she provided some 1:1 exercise sessions then encouraged me to join her weekly class at Kew. When diagnosed I knew no-one who had PD and little about the condition. Joining the class I met a friendly and knowledgeable group of people, happy to share their experiences of living with PD. Lidia has been an excellent instructor and particularly strong on teaching us exercises to combat PD challenges including building strength, improving balance and getting up from the floor.
